Challenge
Pacmodo is a new direct-to-consumer brand built on pushing boundaries and rethinking what’s possible. Their debut product, a high-end modular backpack, takes a fresh approach in a crowded market. To make an impact, they needed a digital experience that would establish their brand, explain their product, and drive sales.
The site needed to be flexible, easy to manage, and built for growth. Pacmodo was moving fast, and their online presence had to keep up.
Approach
We designed a modular system on Shopify that balanced storytelling with seamless e-commerce. The goal was to create a site that felt as considered and innovative as the product itself while making it easy for Pacmodo to evolve over time.
Collaboration was key. Working closely with Pacmodo’s team, we developed content and assets alongside the digital design process, making sure the brand identity came through clearly. Strategic workshops helped align key decisions, allowing for fast feedback, quick iteration, and an accelerated launch.
To keep things adaptable, we built a custom module library on top of Shopify’s system. This gave Pacmodo full control over their site while maintaining a strong, cohesive design. They could roll out new pages and features without sacrificing the integrity of the brand.
Results
The final site captures the essence of Pacmodo—bold, modern, and built for possibility. The modular design system made it possible to launch quickly without cutting corners. As the brand grows, their online presence can expand right alongside it, without the need for costly redesigns or complex development.
With a strong foundation in place, Pacmodo is positioned to stand out, sell with confidence, and scale for the future.
