Challenge
Pacmodo is a new direct-to-consumer brand all about challenging norms and rethinking possibility. Their debut product—a high-end modular backpack—offers an innovative take to shake up crowded product landscape. At a pivotal stage of growth, they needed a digital experience that would quickly establish their brand presence and set them apart.
Approach
The website needed to stand out by showcasing Pacmodo's brand story, explaining their product, and driving sales. To make it happen we built a modular site system on top of Shopify, offering the flexibility to easily manage their store while enabling distinctive storytelling and future scalability.
Our approach was collaborative, iterative, and highly adaptive. Working closely with Pacmodo’s stakeholders, we created content and assets alongside the digital design process, ensuring the brand identity was fully realized. Strategic workshops provided alignment on key decisions and allowed us to focus on quick feedback loops, iterative updates, and an accelerated launch timeline.
Results
By building a module library on top of Shopify’s ecommerce system, we enabled Pacmodo to maintain design integrity while allowing for rapid deployment of new pages and features. The simple, scalable design system helped us launch quickly, and ensures that as the brand grows, their online presence can adapt without requiring extensive redesigns or technical overhauls.
The final result is an engaging digital platform that embodies Pacmodo’s commitment to quality and innovation, positioning them for success in an increasingly competitive product landscape.
